and certification courses. This instructor-led training
is conducted at Redline's technical centre in Midrand,
Johannesburg, South Africa. |

| Successful candidates are formally certified and equipped
with comprehensive manuals. These cover all aspects of
installation and support including: |

site survey
installation
order confirmation procedures
fiber termination
fault finding
network management. |

| Training is hands-on and practical. Candidates spend
a significant amount of time on Redline's permanent test-link
sites. |
|
| Redline can offer training on customer's premises provided
suitable venues and equipment are available. |
